This Agreement comprising of the terms and conditions for using the services provided by Telebarbados is between all persons or entities using Telebarbados or the website (the customer) and Telebarbados and its affiliates.
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing and using any services provided by Telebarbados. By accessing or using the website, the customer agrees to be legally bound by this agreement. The customer should therefore not access or use the service, if the customer does not wish to be legally bound by this agreement.
Use of the Service
By electronic acceptance, accessing or using the website, the customer expressly agrees that such use is at his own risk. It is the customer's responsibility to assess the accuracy of all advice, opinions, goods, services and other information on the website and the internet generally. Telebarbados endeavours to provide a service of the highest quality, but cannot guarantee that its service will be uninterrupted, error-free or virus free.
The customer is receiving a single user account solely for the customer's use of the service, unless otherwise stated in writing by Telebarbados.
The customer agrees to comply with any security procedures (like passwords) specified by Telebarbados with respect to access to or use of the website or service.
The customer agrees not to use or attempt to use the website or service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, or so as to cause damage to the reputation of Telebarbados, its affiliates, subscribers or to any person.
Authorised User
It is agreed by the customer, that the customer is of legal age, has read and clearly understands the terms and conditions of this Agreement and is legally bound by the Agreement.
If the customer is accessing and using the service on behalf of a corporation or other business entity, the customer acknowledges to have full authority to so act and to legally bind the corporation or entity.
Privacy Policy
As a provider of telecommunications services we recognise that we must ensure the confidentiality of every customer and Telebarbados believes in protecting the privacy of its customers. Please review our Privacy Policy on the Website.
The customer agrees that any unsolicited information provided by the customer that fails to contain the customer's identification shall be deemed to be non-confidential information. Unsolicited information includes, but is not limited to data, feedback, questions, comments, plans, ideas or other information which is volunteered by the customer.
Telebarbados shall have no obligation of any kind in respect to such unsolicited information.
Changes to the Agreement, Service or Billing/Charges
(a) Telebarbados reserves the right to change or modify any of the policies and contents contained on the website at any time without prior notice. If any of the policies and contents contained on the website are changed or modified, Telebarbados will post and date the changes and modifications on the website. The customer therefore agrees to periodically review this Agreement to be aware of such changes and modifications.
(b) Telebarbados reserves the right to add new services, renew old services and to change or modify any existing services. The customer will receive written notice by pre-paid post addressed to the customer at his billing address and/or by electronic means at the option of Telebarbados.
(c) Telebarbados may change or increase the charges for Services being provided to customers, at any time. However, if Telebarbados changes or increases the charges for a service the customer will be notified by written notice as provided in (b) above.
No Warranties
Telebarbados provides this website and its contents on an "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or its operation, contents, products or services.
Telebarbados does not represent or warrant that information available on this website is accurate, current or complete, and disclaims any and all representations and warranties, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement to the full extent permitted by the applicable Law.
In no event shall Telebarbados, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, affiliated companies or subsidiaries be liable to the customer or to any other person or entity, in any manner for damages of any kind arising from the use of this website, including but not limited to revenue or profits, lost or damaged data, or other commercial or economic loss, that result from the customer's use of, or inability to use this website, even if Telebarbados Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages or such damages are foreseeable.
Indemnification
The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Telebarbados, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and any third party information providers to the service harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, demands, actions, expenses, damages and costs arising out of the customer's use of service or the customer's violation of the Agreement.

Any hypertext links to other websites are provided for convenience only and Telebarbados assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the contents or those other websites linked to, or any products or services advertised or sold on those websites.
The inclusion of any hypertext link(s) does not imply any affiliation or endorsement by Telebarbados of the website or any representation or information contained on that website.
Where a hypertext link(s) allows the customer to leave the Telebarbados Website, the customer should be aware that Telebarbados rules, terms, policies and practices no longer govern the new website(s). All trademarks and copyrights are owned and controlled exclusively by the third party websites unless otherwise stated in their terms of services. The customer's use of their websites will also be subject to their terms of service.
Billing and methods of payments of charges
The customer agrees to provide Telebarbados with accurate and complete billing information, including but not limited to the customer's legal name, address, telephone number and credit or debit card/billing information.
The customer authorises Telebarbados to employ the services of credit-reporting agencies from time to time to verify the creditworthiness of the customer.
The customer agrees to pay in full all charges for services under this Agreement in a timely manner. Charges for services include but are not limited to regular monthly service, monthly recurring charges for service and if applicable, roaming fees and fees for other features used by the customer.
The customer will be charged for service and other features on a monthly billing cycle.
Termination
(a) Telebarbados reserves the right to restrict access to the website and to discontinue service and/or terminate the Agreement if the customer is in default under the Agreement. The customer will be in default under the Agreement if the customer does not pay any sum due Telebarbados;
(b) If Telebarbados agrees to renew service to the customer after termination, the customer agrees to pay any applicable reconnection charges; and
(c) Telebarbados reserves the right to take any and all action necessary to ensure
the security of the website, the service and your account, including but not limited
to blocking access, refusal of service, terminating your account or changing your password;
(d) If Telebarbados suspects any violation of this Agreement or of any applicable Laws of Barbados, Telebarbados may:
(i) immediately, terminate this Agreement and the service without prior notice; and
(ii) co-operate with law enforcement authorities in bringing legal proceedings against violators.
All violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of Barbados. The customer agrees that any legal action or arbitration proceedings hereunder shall be brought and enforced by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitration board sitting in Barbados.
The website is operated from a site in Barbados and Telebarbados makes no representation that the materials on the website are appropriate for use outside of Barbados. In the event that you access the website outside of Barbados, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
